**What You’ll Do

**As a junior partner business manager, you will support the senior management in cultivating and expanding key partnerships, while ensuring the business goals and aligning with the company's strategy. You will coordinate with internal teams and partner organizations, manage day-to-day partner interactions, and help drive business growth by identifying opportunities for collaboration and expansion.

What You’ll Need

• Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, maintaining regular communication to address any questions or concerns.

Support the development of strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

• Business Development Support:

Assist senior managers in identifying new opportunities to enhance partner engagement and business outcomes.

Participate in the research and analysis of market trends to identify potential growth areas.

• Performance Monitoring:

Track partner performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, and engagement levels, and provide insights to management.

Develop regular reports on partner activity, challenges, and successes.

• Project Coordination:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to execute partnership-related initiatives.

Manage timelines and deliverables for partnership projects, ensuring goals are met within specified timeframes.

• Strategic Planning Assistance:

Support the senior partner business manager in developing and implementing strategies for partner relationships.

Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for partnership activities.

• Administrative Support:

Handle documentation, data entry, and organization for partner-related records.

Schedule and prepare for partner meetings, including preparing meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up actions.
