You'll be responsible for making customers successful AND growing our eCommerce customer base. Most companies split these into two jobs.

We don't because the best growth comes from customers who actually win with your product.

About AnyTrack

We built AnyTrack because eCommerce attribution shouldn't require a PhD in data engineering.

We're a small team solving real-time conversion tracking and attribution for eCommerce brands running multi-channel campaigns. Our customers have tried GA4, Triple Whale, Northbeam, Shopify Analytics, and custom-built tracking stacks before finding us.

The difference? We handle the complex data orchestration behind the scenes collecting conversions from every touchpoint, connecting the dots across platforms, and distributing accurate attribution data everywhere it needs to go.

But for the user? It's plug-and-play simple.

Our eCommerce customers tell us: "This is what I thought attribution tools were supposed to do in the first place."

The Problem We're Solving

eCommerce attribution is broken but not for the reasons most people think.

The data exists. The technology works. But the complexity is crushing:

  • Every ad platform, affiliate network, and analytics tool speaks a different language
  • Customer journeys span devices, browsers, and weeks but tracking only sees fragments
  • Browser restrictions and privacy updates keep breaking your setup
  • "Solutions" require engineering teams, ongoing maintenance, and still produce conflicting numbers

The real problem isn't the technology. It's the orchestration.

We solve attribution like it's a data orchestration problem (because it is), but we deliver it like a simple Shopify app (because it should be).

Advanced data collection + intelligent distribution + zero maintenance = attribution that actually works.

The Role

We're looking for our Head of eCommerce Customer Success & Growth. Someone who can do three things most people can't:

1. MAKE CUSTOMERS SUCCESSFUL

  • Onboard eCommerce brands onto AnyTrack (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot tracking implementations and ensure accurate attribution
  • Drive product adoption and expansion within existing accounts
  • Turn implementations into documented wins and case studies
  • Build systems that scale customer success without adding headcount

2. GROW THROUGH SUCCESS

  • Identify patterns in successful customers to find more like them
  • Build referral and advocacy programs with happy customers
  • Create content from customer wins that attracts similar brands
  • Turn customer insights into acquisition strategies
  • Partner with agencies and eCommerce communities

3. BRIDGE PRODUCT & MARKET

  • Feed customer pain points back to product team
  • Test new features with strategic customers first
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Help shape roadmap based on what eCommerce actually needs

This is NOT separate "CS" and "Growth" work. It's using customer success AS your growth engine.

✅ You're The Right Fit If:

You've worn multiple hats and can speak multiple languages:

  • ✓ Done customer onboarding/implementation for marketing tech or eCommerce platforms
  • ✓ Managed eCommerce paid campaigns yourself (you understand what customers are trying to accomplish)
  • ✓ Turned around unhappy customers by actually solving their technical problems
  • ✓ Built documentation, systems, and processes that scale
  • ✓ Used customer stories to win new business (case studies, referrals, testimonials)
  • ✓ Comfortable with technical troubleshooting (GTM, tracking pixels, Conversion APIs)
  • ✓ Can explain complex attribution concepts to non-technical founders

You've personally experienced eCommerce attribution pain either as a marketer running campaigns or while helping customers fix their tracking setup.

Tools you have hands-on experience with:

ECOMMERCE PLATFORMS (Required):

You've actually installed apps, configured checkout, troubleshot integrations. You know the the front end inside out!

  • Shopify or Shopify Plus
  • WooCommerce

CUSTOMER SUCCESS & ANALYTICS TOOLS (Required):

You've managed customer communications, tracked user behavior, built segments, campaigns and automations

  • Intercom (or similar Zendesk, Help Scout)
  • Customer.io, Mixpanel, or similar product analytics

ATTRIBUTION & TRACKING IMPLEMENTATIONS (Highly Desired):

You've personally implemented these, not just "used the dashboard"

  • AnyTrack (obviously a plus, but not required)
  • Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros, or similar attribution platforms
  • Google Tag Manager (especially server-side implementations)
  • Facebook Conversion API / TikTok Events API setup

EMAIL & MARKETING AUTOMATION (Nice to Have):

You understand how to sync customer data and trigger lifecycle campaigns

  • Klaviyo
  • ActiveCampaign

The key: You've gotten your hands dirty with these tools, not just managed people who use them. You know what breaks, how to fix it, and how to explain it to customers.

Specific Experience We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in eCommerce (brand-side, agency, or SaaS)
  • Hands-on implementation experience with Shopify or WooCommerce (not just using it, but setting it up for clients/customers)
  • Direct experience managing Facebook/Google Ads for eCommerce (you understand the customer's pain from the trenches)
  • Customer success or account management in B2B SaaS, ideally using tools like Intercom and Customer.io
  • Experience implementing attribution or tracking platforms (Triple Whale, Northbeam, GTM server-side, Conversion APIs, etc.)
  • Track record of driving growth through customer advocacy and referrals
  • Technical enough to troubleshoot JavaScript tags, API integrations, and webhook configurations
  • Can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical founders and marketers
  • Lived through iOS 14 attribution changes (you know what broke and why)
