We're looking for a Head of Growth to own and scale all marketing and business development activities at AnyTrack. This isn't a brand awareness role—you'll be directly responsible for pipeline generation, revenue growth, and customer acquisition across multiple channels.
You'll build our growth engine from the ground up: inbound marketing, partnerships, product-led growth motions, sales enablement, and expansion into new customer segments. Success means predictable, scalable revenue growth.
This is a build-it-yourself role for someone who's done full-funnel growth before and knows how to balance short-term wins with long-term strategy.
What You'll Own
Growth Strategy & Execution (Full Ownership)
- Define and execute the complete growth strategy across all channels
- Own revenue targets: pipeline generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, LTV
- Build scalable, repeatable systems for customer acquisition and expansion
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across segments (affiliates, agencies, eCommerce)
- Balance growth experiments with proven channels
Inbound Marketing & Content
- SEO strategy and execution (we operate in a competitive, technical space)
- Content marketing: educational content, case studies, product comparisons, technical guides
- Conversion optimization across website, landing pages, and signup flows
- Email marketing and nurture sequences
- Webinars, workshops, and educational events
Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships (affiliate networks, agency partners, integration partners)
- Build co-marketing programs and partnership playbooks
- Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing relationships
- Explore channel partnerships and reseller opportunities
Product-Led Growth (PLG)
- Optimize free trial and freemium conversion funnels
- Improve product onboarding and activation rates
- Identify and remove friction in the user journey
- Work with product team on growth features
Paid Acquisition
- Test and scale paid channels: Google Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn Ads, affiliate networks
- Manage ad budgets and optimize for CAC/LTV targets
- Build attribution and measurement systems for paid campaigns
Sales Enablement
- Create sales collateral, pitch decks, and demo scripts
- Develop customer segment playbooks (affiliate marketers vs. agencies vs. eCommerce)
- Enable self-serve and assisted sales motions
- Partner with founders on enterprise/strategic deals
Analytics & Reporting
- Build growth dashboard and KPI tracking
- Run experiments, analyze results, make data-driven decisions
- Report on channel performance, pipeline health, and revenue metrics
- Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and systematically eliminate them
Requirements
Experience & Background
- 3+ years in growth, marketing, or business development roles (preferably SaaS B2B)
- Proven track record of scaling acquisition: You've taken a channel from $X to $10X or built growth from early stage
- Full-funnel ownership: You've owned everything from awareness to closed deals, not just one piece
- Technical product experience: You've marketed developer tools, analytics platforms, or technical B2B SaaS (bonus if marketing tech/ad tech)
- Hands-on executor: You build landing pages, write copy, set up campaigns yourself—not just manage agencies
Domain Knowledge (Highly Valued)
- Marketing technology/ad tech experience: Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, pixels, analytics
- Experience in one or more of our customer segments:
- Affiliate marketing industry
- Lead Generation
- eCommerce
- Marketing agencies
- Understanding of privacy-first tracking: GDPR, iOS14+ changes, cookie deprecation impact on marketing
Growth Skills
- SEO expertise: Technical SEO, content strategy, link building for competitive keywords
- Content marketing: Can write or manage technical/educational content that ranks and converts
- Conversion optimization: A/B testing, funnel analysis, friction removal
- Paid acquisition: Managed $50K+ monthly ad budgets with clear CAC/LTV metrics
- Product-led growth: Improved trial-to-paid conversion, activation rates, or expansion revenue
- Partnerships: Built and scaled partner channels that drive meaningful revenue
Technical Competencies
- Analytics platforms: Google Analytics (GA4), Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar
- Marketing tools: HubSpot/Salesforce, Intercom, email platforms, landing page builders
- Ad platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console
- Basic technical understanding: Can work with developers, understand APIs, troubleshoot tracking
Core Competencies
- Data-driven decision maker: You run experiments, measure everything, kill what doesn't work
- Resourceful operator: Can execute with limited budget—creativity over spend
- Strategic thinker: See the big picture while executing tactical campaigns
- Excellent communicator: Can explain complex technical value propositions clearly
- Self-starter: Comfortable with ambiguity, figure things out independently
- Native or fluent English: Our primary market and content language
Nice to Have
- Experience building and managing a referral program
- Built or scaled a product-led growth motion (freemium/free trial)
- Launched products or entered new markets
- Community building or developer relations experience
- Experience with technical documentation or educational content
- Background in performance marketing or media buying
- Built integration marketplace or partner ecosystem
