About Anchor Browser

Anchor Browser is building a new layer between AI agents, humans, and the web.

We are not another browser, but an agentic browsing environment where autonomous AI agents and people explore, reason, and act across the open web in real time.

This category-defining product sits at the intersection of Agentic AI, human–AI workflows, and real-world web interaction. Backed by top-tier investors, Anchor is at an early stage where foundational decisions will define not only what we build, but also how this new category is discovered, adopted, and scaled. For this reason, we are looking for a Founding Head of Growth to design how adoption emerges from product behavior, agent incentives, and human–agent interaction patterns embedded in real-world workflows.

The Role

We are looking for a Founding Head of Growth to design how Anchor Browser is discovered, adopted, and embedded by AI agents, AI builders, and humans. This is a founding-level, hands-on role with end-to-end ownership over how growth and go-to-market emerge from the product itself. You will work directly with the CEO, product, and engineering to define AI-native growth mechanisms from first principles, while translating them into clear go-to-market motions as the company scales. This is not a traditional marketing leadership role, but a systems-design role focused on adoption and GTM execution.

What You’ll Do

Own Growth :

Own and execute Anchor’s end-to-end growth strategy, from early discovery and initial adoption through repeatable traction and scale. Define how the product is introduced, adopted, and embedded by AI agents, AI builders, and human users, and translate an early, undefined market into clear, executable GTM motions as the company matures.

Execute Classical Growth with an AI Lens:

Plan and execute growth initiatives across product-led, organic, community, partnerships, and selective paid channels, adapting classical growth fundamentals to an AI-native environment. Design and run campaigns that create awareness and qualified demand among AI builders, technical teams, and early adopters, while building, nurturing, and optimizing top-of-funnel pipelines in close collaboration with sales and partnerships.

Experimentation, Data & Learning Loops:

Build experimentation frameworks across both human and agent usage, and analyze behavioral signals, telemetry, and usage data to inform growth decisions. Create fast feedback loops between product usage, learning, and iteration, ensuring growth and GTM execution are continuously driven by insight rather than assumption.

Cross-Functional & Founding Leadership:

Work closely with the CEO, product, engineering, and research as a founding leader, operating at the intersection of strategy and execution. Influence product direction based on growth intelligence and market feedback, and help define positioning, messaging, and the category narrative as Anchor Browser enters and shapes a new market.

Lay the Foundation for Scale:

Define the early growth stack, processes, and metrics required to scale responsibly, establishing the foundations for future growth, go-to-market, and revenue teams. Prepare the company to transition from early experimentation and exploration into repeatable, scalable execution.

Who You Are

You bring strong experience in growth, demand generation, or go-to-market roles within early-stage startups, and have taken products from initial traction to scalable growth. You are deeply comfortable working with technical and AI-savvy audiences, including AI builders, engineers, data scientists, or applied AI teams, and know how to translate complex products into clear adoption paths.

You have a solid grasp of go-to-market fundamentals across product-led, inbound, outbound, partnerships, and sales-assisted motions, and understand how to adapt these levers as a company evolves. You are a hands-on operator who enjoys experimenting, analyzing data, and iterating quickly, especially in environments where playbooks are still being written.

You thrive in highly collaborative, cross-functional settings and are comfortable operating at the intersection of product, engineering, and business. You are curious about AI-native products and systems, excited by ambiguity, and motivated by owning outcomes rather than optimizing predefined processes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or go-to-market leadership roles, with a strong track record driving measurable adoption, pipeline, and revenue in B2B SaaS or AI-driven products.
  • Proven experience building and executing end-to-end growth programs across product-led, inbound, outbound, partnerships, and selective paid channels.
  • Demonstrated ownership of full-funnel performance, including acquisition, activation, retention, expansion, and revenue growth.
  • Hands-on experience leading 0→1 and early scaling phases in startup environments, translating early traction into repeatable GTM motions.
  • Strong analytical and experimentation skills, with experience using data, metrics, and testing to inform growth decisions and optimize performance.
  • Practical experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics, and outbound tools, and the ability to define and evolve a scalable growth stack.
  • Comfortable working with technical and AI-savvy audiences, including engineers, AI builders, and data-driven teams, with the ability to communicate complex products clearly.
  • Experience collaborating closely with product, engineering, sales, and partnerships to align growth execution with product and revenue goals.
