A growing technology company is seeking an SDR for a key role within an advanced business-technology organization. This is a meaningful position for a sales professional with strong business-technical orientation, who is eager to make a real impact, lead customer relationships, and drive revenue growth from existing customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for proactive outreach to a broad base of existing customers, conducting high-quality business conversations, identifying business and technological needs and challenges, and presenting tailored solutions from the company’s portfolio of services and solutions. The position includes strengthening customer satisfaction and long-term retention, executing Upsell and Cross-sell activities, and leading end-to-end sales processes. This is an “enhanced” SDR role that combines intensive phone-based work with face-to-face meetings, offering a clear professional growth path, expanded business responsibility, and future field activity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactive engagement with existing customers and management of consultative sales conversations
• Identification of business and technological needs and recommendation of relevant solutions
• Revenue growth through Upsell and Cross-sell activities
• Customer satisfaction monitoring and long-term retention
• Ongoing collaboration with internal teams such as Sales, Pre-Sales, Service, and Operations
• Management of both phone-based and in-person sales processes
Requirements:
• Previous experience in SDR / Inside Sales / Sales / Customer Success
• Strong advantage for B2B and technology experience
• High capability in conducting phone-based sales conversations, value-driven selling, and trust building
• Strong business understanding and ability to quickly learn technology solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, initiative, assertiveness, and ownership mindset
• Willingness to take part in building processes and grow together with a dynamic, evolving organization
