We are seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Controller (at least 3-4 years of relevant experience) to join our small and highly skilled team.

**In this role, you will:

****The Assistant Controller will play a key role in supporting the company’s accounting and financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all financial information.

**Responsibilities include:

• Managing monthly and quarterly closing processes
• Preparing financial statements
• Performing intercompany reconciliations
• Supporting reporting requirements under US GAAP
• Working both independently and collaboratively within the finance team to meet deadlines and business needs
• The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

The ideal Assistant Controller who we are looking for should have:

• Experienced as Assistant Controller (3+ years)
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Internship at one of the Big4, specializing in Hi-Tech- advantage
• Experienced with US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP / NetSuite.
• Have a strong sense of ownership, organization, and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent English - written and verbal
• Experience with ERP systems – an advantage
