Junior Economist / Financial Analyst

We are looking for a talented Junior Economist / Financial Analyst to join a leading Medical organization in Central Israel.

A great opportunity for candidates with early-stage experience who are eager to grow professionally and develop strong analytical and financial skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

• Conduct ongoing financial analysis and performance reviews

• Prepare economic reports and data-driven insights

• Work closely with department managers and cross-functional teams

• Build analytical models and advanced Excel reports

• Assist in BI reporting, dashboards, and process optimization projects

• Participate in organizational efficiency and cost-improvement initiatives

Requirements:

✓ Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business Administration – required

✓ Minimum 1.5 years of experience in an economic/financial role

✓ Strong Excel skills

✓ Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and high accuracy

✓ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

✓ Advantage: SQL, Power BI, or ERP systems experience

Salary: 13,000 NIS (full-time position)
