A leading company in Edge Computing, developing and manufacturing industrial fanless computing units.
The company’s products are used in diverse fields such as transportation, healthcare, aerospace, and industrial automation, including deployment on NASA’s Mars rover.
The role involves designing embedded computer hardware from initial specification to mass production, leading all stages of hardware development: defining the product, selecting components, schematic design, coordinating PCB layout, preparing manufacturing documentation, and system bring-up.
Located in northern Israel.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital and mixed-signal hardware design.
- Proven experience with complex, high-speed PCB design (DDR, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, etc.).
- Solid understanding of computer architecture and embedded systems.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with low-level software or firmware development.
- Deep understanding of computer internals (SoC, memory, power management, interfaces).
- Familiarity with EMC/EMI design, design for manufacturing (DFM), and design for testing (DFT).
- Experience with hardware validation, measurement tools, and bring-up.
