We are seeking a HR Business Partner & Organizational Development professional to join the firm’s Human Resources team. This is a strategic, hands-on role that combines deep managerial partnership with the design and build-out of HR infrastructures from the ground up, and the leadership of cross-organizational processes within a professional, stable, and complex environment.

Role Objectives

• Provide close support and guidance to partners and managers in their roles as business leaders and people managers
• Develop Human Resources processes as a foundation for managerial and business effectiveness
• Design, build, and implement HR infrastructures and processes from scratch, serving as the basis for consistent, high-quality, long-term people management across a large-scale firm

Key Responsibilities

• Ongoing support and strategic advisory to managers at various levels, including direct work with partners and senior management
• Close collaboration with department heads to define, implement, and monitor departmental HR plans
• Active partnership in the execution of the firm’s overall HR strategy
• End-to-end design and implementation of HR and OD processes from scratch: definition, methodology, standardization, and hands-on rollout – not merely maintenance of existing processes
• Planning and establishment of organizational management infrastructures: models, tools, work routines, and metrics
• Leadership of large-scale organizational processes, including employee and manager development, talent management, performance evaluations, internal mobility, and promotion processes
• Ongoing organizational diagnosis, identification of field needs, and escalation of insights to enhance employee experience and organizational engagement

Organizational Development (OD)

• Leadership of organizational development and learning as core infrastructure: learning programs, leadership development, and professional training
• Development, updating, and implementation of H2R processes: recruitment and onboarding, feedback and performance reviews, talent retention, and career pathing
• Design and leadership of cross-organizational initiatives and projects related to organizational culture, values, and training governance

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role within a mid-to-large organization
• Proven experience in advising managers and leading complex, cross-organizational processes
• Demonstrated experience in building HR infrastructures and processes from scratch within a complex organization – a significant advantage
• Deep familiarity with human capital domains, organizational development, organizational culture, and employee experience
• Strong influencing, engagement, and change-leadership capabilities
• Systemic thinking and high diagnostic abilities
• Methodical mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build structured methodologies
• Strong teamwork skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
• Relevant bachelor’s degree – required (master’s degree – an advantage)
• Full-time position with availability as required
• On-site role, based in Tel Aviv
