The Opportunity

We're seeking a full-cycle Technical Sales Representative to manage the entire sales process, from engaging warm leads, assessing eligibility, and consulting on program fit, to closing the deal and handing off for onboarding. You’ll contact warm leads, pre-qualified prospects who are actively exploring career transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full sales cycle (outbound-focused)
• Conduct discovery calls to understand goals and motivations
• Qualify candidates based on program criteria
• Present the value of our programs with clarity and impact
• Close sales while maintaining high integrity and alignment with client needs
• Track all activity in our CRM (Monday.com) with attention to detail
• Collaborate with marketing and ops for smooth lead flow and customer experience

Requirements

• Native-level English (must have been raised in the US or Canada)
• 1+ years of experience in B2C phone sales
• Strong consultative sales skills and ability to build rapport quickly
• Understanding of US/Canadian culture and consumer mindset
• Tech-savvy or quick to learn systems and tools
• Highly motivated, performance-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Must be based in Israel and available for in-office work in Ramat Gan
