**This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Ra’anana office (Sunday–Thursday).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless daily office operations and a welcoming environment
• Manage vendor and service provider relationships end-to-end, including sourcing, negotiation, and ongoing coordination
• Lead and optimize administrative processes for greater efficiency
• Maintain office supplies, cleanliness, and maintenance standards
• Support onboarding by creating a positive and organized first-day experience for new employees
• Plan and organize team events and wellness initiatives that foster a strong and connected company culture
• Partner with HR on welfare and culture initiatives
