Arabic Business Development Manager with Management Consulting experience only

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Arabic Business Development Manager with a strong background in management consulting to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Middle East, as well as managing and expanding existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to think strategically, and have a track record of success in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Middle East, including market research, lead generation, and prospecting
• Manage and expand existing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve business goals and objectives
• Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver high-quality solutions to clients
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the market, including trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
• Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and management consulting
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to travel frequently within the region
• Knowledge of the Middle East market and business culture is a plus
