Role Description

For one of our leading clients, we are looking for a Media Manager to manage teams and lead the client’s entire marketing and communications activity.

The role includes overall responsibility for strategic processes, hands-on execution of work plans, ongoing management of multiple stakeholders, and achieving business goals (including ROI and B2B activity).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage professional teams
• Drive and oversee strategic processes
• Manage budgets, meet business targets, and monitor performance (ROI)
• Collaborate with all relevant internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in digital campaign/media management – mandatory
• Proven experience leading teams – mandatory
• Client management experience – an advantage
• Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate employees, and work independently
• Excellent prioritization skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of the digital media landscape, including relevant platforms and tools
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, analytics tools, and media platforms such as Google, Meta, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree

Hybrid work model: Holon / Netanya + one work-from-home day
