In the course of our rapid development we are looking for professionally and personally highly qualified Global Sales Partners@INSECOGO® (m/f/d) remote in Europe, Middle East and Africa, as well as worldwide.

YOUR ROLE

  • You will be part of the Lead Generation & Acquisition Team, which is managed directly by our CEO/Founder and with whom you will work closely to drive and scale our growth regionally and globally.
  • Your main task is the ongoing acquisition of new B2B clients and projects for our top Global Network Partners, who advise clients from all key sectors (industry, services, retail & trade, health & public, and family business) in their respective areas of functional expertise (e.g. headhunting, HR development, strategy & business development, IT & digitalisation, engineering & technology, finance & controlling, marketing, supply chain and risk/security management).
  • Your activities will primarily include identifying new leads, initial first contact with decision-makers by telephone or email, presentations via video call or on-site, identifying needs with cross-selling, consulting, creating customised offers, and finally acquiring new projects.
  • Furthermore, you will develop clients by acquiring new projects from these existing clients.
  • You will confidently represent our group of companies to clients, at industry events, etc., thereby ensuring further growth through networking and the establishment of long-term partnerships (client loyalty).

YOUR EXPERTISE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • You are a top sales performer (m/f/d), a real ‘go-getter’ with a passion (DNA) for continuous acquisition and genuine financial success.
  • You want top commissions with excellent prospects in a growing and very interesting dynamic industry.
  • You want to be measured against your target achievement in a KPI-oriented manner.
  • You have empathy with strong advisory, communication, negotiation and closing skills at decision-maker level.
  • You have very good task understanding and solution skills.
  • You are at least fluent in spoken and written English language skills.
  • Ideally, you will have experience in management consulting.
  • You are entrepreneurial and self-employed.
  • You have a degree (bachelor's or master's) in business administration, sales & marketing or a similar field, as well as additional qualifications.
  • You have a passion for high quality as well as for working in contact worlds and networks.
  • You are a winning personality, sympathetic, humorous and authentic person, as well as
  • you identify with our high quality, performance and social standards as well as our social commitment.
