For a company located in Herzliya Pituach
Position: Accounting Manager / Senior Bookkeeper (Type 2 Certification)
Employment scope: 80%–100%
At least 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, including:
• Handling customers and vendors
• Bank reconciliations
• Journal entries
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Payroll entry processing
Monthly statutory reporting to authorities: VAT, National Insurance, and Income Tax.
Independent work up to trial balance level.
Working closely with the external CPA and reviewing financial statements.
Experience working with Excel, Priority, and Mechapelet (or equivalent accounting systems).
Very good English – reading, writing, and speaking.
Experience managing existing and new customers, including invoicing and collections.
Experience with Stripe – an advantage.
Preference for candidates with experience in cost-plus accounting and preparation of financial reports in the US and Israel (in coordination with an external auditing CPA).
Personal responsibility, accuracy, professionalism, ability to work independently, ability to perform under pressure, strong teamwork skills, and patience.
The position may be full-time or part-time, with flexibility for remote or hybrid work.
