GO-OUT is building the operating system for live events - helping sports teams, venues, and festivals run smarter and engage fans using AI. As we scale globally, support is no longer just “support” - it’s a core part of our product and growth engine.

We’re looking for a VP of Support to own everything post-sale:

from strategic account management to world-class end-user support, across all regions and time zones.

What you'll own

• End-to-end responsibility for Support & Account Management globally
• Lead and scale multi-region teams (Account Managers + Support Agents)
• Ensure enterprise-level service for organizers, partners, and strategic accounts
• Deliver fast, empathetic, high-quality support to millions of end users
• Define and optimize SLAs, KPIs, escalation flows, and tooling
• Work closely with Product, Sales, and Ops to close the feedback loop
• Turn support insights into product improvements and revenue opportunities
• Build a support-first culture that balances efficiency, automation, and human care

What we're looking for

• 7+ years in Support, Customer Success, or Account Management leadership
• Proven experience managing both B2B accounts and B2C support
• Experience scaling global / distributed teams
• Strong operational mindset with a love for process, metrics, and systems
• High emotional intelligence — you know when to automate and when to go human
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-ownership startup environment
• Bonus: experience in **SaaS, marketplaces, ticketing, or live events
