About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced analyst to help shape the future of our Studio through data-driven insights. With a strong grasp of the casual mobile games landscape, you’ll collaborate closely with the team to build fun, innovative, and entertaining experiences. Your work will help craft engaging and well-balanced gameplay by understanding how different player types engage with core loops, progression, and monetization mechanics.

Role

• Conduct deep-dive data analysis to understand user behavior, feature adoption, monetization drivers, and overall game performance (e.g., retention, engagement, conversion).
• Monitor key Product KPIs, providing other team members real-time insights.
• Partner with the Product to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments, ensuring statistical rigor and clear interpretation of results.
• Proactively identify opportunities for product improvement and provide data-driven recommendations to inform the product roadmap and strategy.
• Work closely on our Data systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility for product analysis.
• Act as an enthusiast for Generative AI, exploring how emerging AI technologies can be leveraged to enhance product analysis workflows or contribute to future product features.

Requirements

• Proven, senior-level experience 4+ years as a Data Analyst, specifically supporting a Product team.
• Deep data analysis skills with the ability to structure, analyze, and interpret complex data to provide clear, actionable insights.
• Strong familiarity with mobile gaming industry concepts and metrics (e.g., DAU, MAU, ARPDAU, LTV, Retention Curves, Funnels).
• Expert proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data manipulation.
• Expert in data visualization and dashboarding using tools such as Power BI (preferred), or Tableau.
• Data Warehouse: Hands-on experience with Google Cloud BigQuery/Snowflake (or similar cloud data warehouses).
• Proficiency with DBT (data build tool) for data transformation, modeling, and maintaining data quality - A bonus
• English native or fluent—excellent written and oral communication skills to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
