Zafran is looking for an experienced Head of UX to lead and scale the UX function across the company. In this role, you will define the UX vision and strategy, build strong foundations for design excellence, and ensure outstanding user experiences across all Zafran products.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering and Marketing leadership to align user needs with business goals and drive meaningful impact at scale.

What you will do:

• Define and own the company-wide UX vision, strategy, and standards.
• Build, lead, and mentor the UX team as it grows.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing leadership on roadmap and strategy.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality user experiences across complex SaaS product.s
• Establish and scale UX processes, research practices, and design system.s
• Drive user-centered decision making across the organization
• Represent UX at the leadership level and advocate for the user voice

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, including leadership or head-level roles
• Proven experience leading UX for complex B2B / SaaS products
• Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to dive into details when needed
• Experience building and scaling UX teams and processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence, align, and lead across multiple teams
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Experience or knowledge in cybersecurity
