The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly talented Web UX/UI Designer to join the team on the ground floor as we grow and scale ODDITY’s newest brand, METHODIQ. METHODIQ is a telehealth platform delivering personalized care solutions through AI-driven diagnostics, biotech innovation, and medical-grade skincare.

In this role, you will partner closely with product, engineering, and brand leadership to design intuitive, high-performing web experiences that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will have a direct impact on the end-to-end user experience across METHODIQ’s web platform - translating complex medical and technical concepts into clear, elegant, and user-centered interfaces that deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Design end-to-end web experiences, from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity UI, prototyping, and developer handoff
• Create intuitive, conversion-focused user flows that simplify complex telehealth and diagnostic journeys
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering to ensure high-quality execution from concept through launch
• Partner with brand and CX teams to maintain a cohesive visual language and consistent experience across all touchpoints
• Leverage user research, usability testing, and data insights (including A/B testing) to iterate and optimize designs
• Establish, maintain, and evolve design systems, UI patterns, and accessibility standards to support scalability and speed
• Advocate for the user while balancing business goals, technical constraints, and delivery timelines

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer, ideally on consumer-facing web products
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design thinking, visual excellence, and problem-solving skills
• Experience designing complex, data-driven, or multi-step user journeys (telehealth, fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce is a plus)
• Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma) with a strong understanding of responsive, web-first design
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments and iterating quickly based on feedback and data
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Deeply user-obsessed, with a passion for creating elegant, accessible, and impactful digital experiences
