With 20+ premium products—including Face Cream, Anti-Gray Serum, Hair Revival Kit, Gravité Cologne, Invisible Sunscreen, Scar Gel, and more—we lead the category through performance-driven storytelling and creative innovation.

As we scale our Creative Department for 2026, we’re hiring a Full-Time Creative Strategist based in our Tel Aviv office (5 days/week).

This is a core role working closely with Creative, Production, Design, Video, and Growth.

About the Role

The Creative Strategist bridges Creative and Growth, ensuring every idea, script, and visual direction is grounded in data, audience psychology, and Particle’s brand DNA.

You’ll lead ideation, define strategic angles, build frameworks, and give high-level creative feedback across Meta ads, TV commercials, UGC, statics, landing pages, and AI-driven content—from concept to performance-ready execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy & Concepts

  • Develop hooks, angles, storylines, and scripts for Meta, TV, UGC, and static ads
  • Build strategies for A/B testing, funnels, and scale
  • Evolve personas and messaging for men 40–65
  • Present ideas backed by data and consumer insight

Creative ↔ Growth Bridge

  • Translate performance insights into strong briefs and concepts
  • Analyze winners and losers to build new test frameworks
  • Ensure every creative supports conversion and scalability

Creative Review & Ownership

  • Review all design and video deliverables
  • Give clear, actionable creative feedback
  • Guide assets to final, on-brand, performance-ready execution

Workflow & Collaboration

  • Work with the Creative Coordinator via Monday.com
  • Deliver structured briefs with insights, angles, and references
  • Own quality without micromanaging

AI & Creative Innovation

  • Work hands-on with Upspring, Motion.AI, Adge.AI, and more
  • Build AI workflows for speed, variation, and experimentation
  • Stay ahead of emerging creative tech

Audience & Cultural Insight

  • Deep understanding of American men 40–65
  • Strong grasp of humor, lifestyle, pain points, and values
  • D2C, grooming, wellness, or supplements experience—an advantage

Competitive & Trend Research

  • Track Meta, TV, TikTok, YouTube, and D2C brands weekly
  • Identify new angles, structures, and visual trends
  • Turn insights into actionable tests and campaigns

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Creative Strategy, Performance Creative, or Direct Response
  • Proven portfolio of scaled, winning ads
  • Strong understanding of funnels, hooks, and conversion psychology
  • Experience writing briefs, scripts, and creative frameworks
  • Excellent feedback and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of American culture
  • Full-time, on-site in Tel Aviv
  • Native English speaker — must

Nice to Have

  • D2C experience in men’s grooming, skincare, wellness, or supplements
  • Full creative-cycle ownership (idea → production → approval)
  • Close collaboration with designers and editors
