Role Responsibilities

• Professional and managerial leadership of a development team.
• Managing and leading projects from concept through production.

Requirements

• Experience leading teams or projects.
• Experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment – an advantage.
• Experience in the defense industry – an advantage.
• Proficiency in CAD software (Fusion, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Strong technical aptitude, systems thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, and leadership capabilities.
