Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the successful placement of candidates.

  • Utilize market insights to develop and implement effective business development plans.
  • Networking and Industry Presence:
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote [Company Name]'s services.

  • Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients.

Qualifications:
