**Job Description

**As an Outreach Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving Wix’s organic growth by securing high-quality backlinks and fostering meaningful collaborations across relevant online platforms. Leveraging research, creativity, and relationship-building skills, you will contribute to our off-page SEO strategy and improve our presence in key platforms, markets and topics.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Identify backlink opportunities through competitor analysis, content audits, SERP, LLM and forums research
• Build and manage outreach campaigns to secure placements on authoritative websites, blogs, and digital publications
• Develop and maintain relationships with publishers, editors, and content creators for ongoing collaboration
• Track backlink performance and campaign success through reporting and analytics tools
• Coordinate with Content, Brand, Affiliate, and SEO teams to align outreach with strategic keyword and content priorities
• Contribute to linkable asset ideation and content suggestions that drive interest and natural backlinks
• Ensure all link-building efforts follow ethical best practices while staying up to date with Google guidelines, algorithm updates, emerging geo-specific search trends, and the evolving influence of LLM-driven search behaviors and result presentation

Qualifications

• Creative mindset with a strong interest in content and digital storytelling
• Genuine passion for marketing and the online landscape, especially in content marketing and various AI tools
• Native-level English proficiency – both written and verbal
• You’re an analytical thinker with strong research skills and the ability to turn insights into action
• Interest in the evolving search ecosystem, including AI-driven search, LLMs, SERP innovation, social platforms and forums (Reddit / Quora)
• You are detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field – or equivalent professional experience
• Experience or familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Similarweb would be an advantage
• Experience in writing and/or editing content would be an advantage
