We are looking for an Influencer Partnership Coordinator to help grow our influencer network, build brand awareness, and drive engagement across social platforms. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands Gen Z culture, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Grow creator marketing partnerships through targeted selection, outreach, relationship building, and long-term value alignment.
• Manage the full influencer campaign process, from initial contact and contract negotiation to creative briefing and post-campaign analysis.
• Track influencer collaborations, monitor content performance, and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between influencer activities and brand objectives.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in digital influencer or social media marketing – an advantage.
• Native-level English – must.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
• Excellent time management and project prioritization abilities.
• Works well under pressure and meets deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Fast learner with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
