We are looking for an Assistant Controller to join our finance team and support the company’s financial reporting, budgeting, and ongoing financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports
- Monthly reporting, including cash flow, overseas subsidiaries' activity, and management reports
- Daily cash flow management, banking activities, and analytical financial reviews
- Ongoing work with banking supervision authorities and tax authorities
- Preparation of annual tax reports
- Continuous financial and analytical analysis
- Building the annual budget and performing budget vs. actual controls
- Ongoing collaboration with external auditors, legal advisors, and tax consultants
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and completion of an internship – mandatory
- Experience in an industrial/manufacturing company as an Assistant Controller – an advantage
- High proficiency in Excel – mandatory
- High level of English (written and spoken) – mandatory
- Knowledge and experience with accounting / ERP systems
- Strong teamwork skills, sense of ownership, and proactive mindset
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain effective time management
Reporting Line:
- Reports directly to the Company Controller
Position Scope:
- Full-time position
