We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Controller to support the financial and operational activities of our logistics center. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a solid accounting background.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the financial and operational management of the logistics center.
- Assist in the transition and ongoing maintenance of the financial information system (SAP).
- Support month‑end closing processes and preparation of management reports.
- Collect, process, and monitor operational financial data.
- Oversee customer billing, credit processes, and collections.
- Perform inventory control and reconciliation.
- Lead the implementation of internal procedures and control processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting — must.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license — must.
- High proficiency in Excel — must.
- Experience from a leading accounting firm (BIG4) — strong advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP — advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with strong analytical and control skills.
