As an Engineering Group Manager, you will lead and grow a high-performing engineering group while staying closely involved in technical decision-making. You will own execution and architecture, set strong engineering standards, and work closely with product and leadership as part of the founding team.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor a growing engineering group.
• Own technical execution, delivery, and architectural decisions.
• Drive high standards for code quality, reliability, and production readiness.
• Partner closely with product and leadership on priorities and roadmap.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and well-operated cloud infrastructure.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on, production-grade software development experience.
• 5+ years leading and managing engineering teams.
• Strong experience with scalable systems, cloud infrastructure, and SaaS environments.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and data-intensive systems.
• Strong technical craftsmanship and leadership mindset.
