Major Responsibilities

• Inspire and mentor engineering teams to deliver mission-critical solutions for data infrastructure and backend services
• Architect and oversee robust, scalable data pipelines and real-time processing systems
• Drive design and implementation of microservices and serverless applications using AWS and Azure ADX
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to turn business needs into technical excellence
• Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement
• Manage hiring, performance reviews, and career development for team members

Desired Background

• 8+ years in software development, with at least 3 years leading multiple teams
• Proven experience building large-scale data pipelines and distributed systems
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and stream processing (Kafka)
• Proficiency in Python and Java, and deep understanding of ETL and data models
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• A team player with excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
