What does the role include?

• Translating annual and quarterly strategy into actionable content initiatives and priorities
• Building, managing, and executing the content calendar across all brand channels
• Coordinating and synchronizing between creative, production, and editing teams
• Managing short- and long-term content schedules, team timelines, deadlines, and workflow pace
• Ensuring every idea goes through a proper process from concept to launch
• Improving workflows and continuously measuring content performance and results

What do we require?

• Proven experience managing content teams and multi-stakeholder media/content systems
• Hands-on experience with timelines, content Gantt charts, task management, deadlines, and complex workflows
• Ability to translate strategy into a daily work plan and execute it effectively
• Deep understanding of content and video processes (advantage: YouTube/TV)
• Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and problem-solving mindset
• Passion for content, audiences, and data-driven decision-making
