Product Marketing Manager for InfluencerMarketing.AI

Role Overview

We’re seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our core platform and new AI capabilities.

You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to turn product innovation into commercial success. You will be responsible for how the market understands our platform, how our teams sell it, and how our customers adopt it.

This role is ideal for someone who can turn complexity into clarity, understands B2B SaaS buying journeys, and thrives in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Develop and refine product positioning across Enterprise, Agency, and SMB segments.

  • Translate product capabilities into customer-centric narratives tied to real business outcomes.

  • Own persona-based messaging frameworks and the overall IMAI story.

2. Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Launches

  • Build GTM plans for new features, enterprise capabilities, workflows, and AI releases.

  • Partner with Product to understand the roadmap and define value propositions.

  • Lead cross-functional launch execution across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Partnerships.

3. Sales Enablement

  • Create high-impact sales materials:

  • Pitch decks

  • One-pagers

  • Product sheets

  • Competitive battlecards

  • Demo scripts

  • Industry-specific value messaging

  • Train Sales teams on product storylines and positioning.

  • Work with SDR/AE teams to optimize messaging used in outreach.

4. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Maintain an up-to-date analysis of the competitive landscape across influencer marketing, AI marketing platforms, and adjacent MarTech.

  • Identify emerging trends, gaps, and opportunities.

  • Produce regular intelligence briefs for Sales, Product, and Leadership.

5. Customer Insights, Interviews & Case Studies

  • Conduct customer interviews to understand workflows, gather qualitative insights, and validate messaging.

  • Create case studies, success stories, and narrative-driven proof points for enterprise brands and agencies.

  • Partner with CS to identify accounts suitable for case studies or reference calls.

  • Ensure customer insights feed into Product, Sales, and GTM strategy.

6. Content, Thought Leadership & Webinar Assets

  • Produce product-focused content for demand generation:

  • Whitepapers

  • Industry reports

  • Feature explainers

  • Product videos

  • Use-case narratives

  • Create content and materials for webinars (slides, scripts, narratives), while Marketing handles execution and hosting.

  • Elevate IMAI’s presence as a leader in performance-driven influencer marketing and AI-powered creator workflows.

7. Adoption Support & Internal Alignment

  • Ensure Sales and CS have the materials they need to drive adoption of new workflows and enterprise features.

  • Help shape onboarding and customer-education resources in collaboration with CS.

  • Drive internal clarity around product value, positioning, and competitive differentiation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Product Marketing at a B2B SaaS company (MarTech, AdTech, AI, or influencer tech preferred).

  • Experience supporting enterprise sales motions and complex buyer journeys.

  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills — clarity is mandatory.

  • Proven track record of producing sales collateral and GTM content.

  • Strong research skills and ability to synthesize insights quickly.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple launches and priorities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in influencer marketing, social media, content creation, or paid media.

  • Previous work with agencies or enterprise marketing teams.

  • Experience with AI-powered SaaS products.

  • Familiarity with enterprise onboarding, customer education, or customer marketing.
