Technical Recruiter | Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end (full-cycle) recruitment processes, working closely with hiring managers and clients to drive complex hiring initiatives through closing and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment from role intake through offer acceptance and start date
• Partner closely with hiring managers and clients (business & government sectors)
• Perform daily candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter (Advanced)
• Manage recruitment pipelines, candidate screening, and objection handling
• Publish and manage job ads, including paid job campaigns
• Work with ATS and recruitment systems (including AllJobs and additional HR platforms)
• Conduct salary benchmarking, compensation analysis, and offer management
• Drive approvals and hiring processes with multiple stakeholders
• Lead handover (HO) processes for strategic and high-impact roles
• Push processes forward with a strong focus on closing candidates and time-to-hire

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter / Tech Recruiter
• Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter — mandatory
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end / full-cycle recruitment
• Experience working with hiring managers and multiple stakeholders
• Business-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability
• Highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
