Advantech is currently looking for an experienced Sales Solutions Manager (PSM) who will play a pivotal role in co-creating the future of the Embedded Computing World with us. This role reports to the Business Director

Location: Kadima, Hasharon office in Israel

Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with key prospects and customers as a technical expert during the sales process with local customers.
• Establish advisory relationships with key decision makers and technical influencers.
• Identify customer needs and tailor optimal solutions to address their specific business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team on strategic prospects, commanding the technical aspects of the sales process, including customer calls, demos, and POCs.
• Maintain a high level of technical knowledge about Advantech and its products and services.
• Foster professional relationships with Advantech's R&D group and product management teams.

Requirements:

• University degree (or equivalent) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in technical field sales positions such as Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or Product Sales Manager.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in one of the following fields: Embedded, Service IoT, Servers & Networking.
• Self-motivated with a track record of driving and influencing decision making among prospects and customers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in Hebrew and English, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and a collaborative team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
