🔹 What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes (E2E) – from job posting to onboarding

• Partner strategically with hiring managers across the organization

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, social media, and our internal recruitment system

• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a professional and positive journey

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – required

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency) – required

• Experience conducting interviews and working directly with hiring managers – strong advantage

• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and social media – advantage

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, independence, and a proactive mindset
