Performance Marketing Manager (Meta, E-commerce)

Jellop, the $1.5B marketing machine behind the world’s most successful crowdfunding campaigns, is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. This position is open to candidates based in Israel (fully remote).

This is a hands-on execution role. If you’re a fast thinker and analytical this is your chance to manage high-budget, highly automated ad campaigns.

What you’ll do

• Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns end-to-end, including budgets, campaign structure, and daily performance decisions.

• Analyze and optimize performance using Google Sheets.

• Own the operational tasks that keep campaigns running smoothly.

• Work closely with creative and customer success teams.

• Expand or support additional paid channels (Google, Reddit, etc.).

What we’re looking for (must-haves)

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience running high-budget, performance-driven Meta ads.
• Strong preference for e-commerce advertising experience.
• Background at a reputable agency or in-house performance team.
• Comfortable owning campaigns without hand-holding.
• Strong analytical thinking and spreadsheet proficiency.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Comfortable working fully remote.

Advantages

• Experience with Shopify backend and CRO.

• Strong creative sense: angles, iteration and testing logic, and directing creative teams.

• Experience with Google Ads or Reddit Ads.

• Exposure to additional paid channels (TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, X/Twitter, etc.).

• Practical use of AI for analysis, creative workflows, or automation.

• Entrepreneurial flair (professional or personal).
