We are looking for a figure to drive this community forward and take it to the next level.

About the Role: The role combines human connection with operational-technical management. You will be responsible for the on-the-ground execution of flagship programs and the ongoing contact with alumni—from the moment they finish training to becoming active ambassadors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community & Data Management: Full responsibility for data management, segmentation, automations, and ongoing management of WhatsApp community groups (generating discourse, content, and engagement).
• Personal Contact: Conducting ongoing calls with alumni, mapping needs, and connecting them to relevant opportunities within the organization.
• Planning & Executing Flagship Programs:
• Mentoring: Managing the matching process, accompanying pairs, and tracking milestones.
• Travelers Community: Recruiting and screening travelers, distributing "Traveler Kits," and providing remote accompaniment during trips.
• Internships: Placing alumni in various departments and accompanying the internship period.
• Event Production: Logistical and operational management of community events (meetups, lectures) and the annual flagship "Alumni Holiday" event.
• Content & Communication: Creating ongoing community content (recommendations, surveys, updates) and synchronizing with the Marketing and Digital divisions.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Community management, operations, and logistics (Civil society organizations/Youth movements/NGOs) – Mandatory.
• Technological Orientation: High proficiency in Monday.com and Excel. Ability to work with data – a significant advantage.
• Expression & Design: Articulate marketing writing skills and proficiency in Canva.
• Order & Organization: Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously, attention to detail, and effective time management.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Positive attitude, empathy, and ability to create personal connections. High service orientation and a genuine desire to help alumni.
• Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours (occasionally evening events).
• Attributes: High energy, initiative, "Can-do" attitude (Rosh Gadol), and a constant search for ways to improve and streamline. Practical ability to turn vision into reality.

התפקיד משלב בין חיבור אנושי לבין ניהול אופרטיבי-טכני. את/ה תהיה/י אחראי/ת על הביצוע בשטח של תוכניות הדגל ועל הקשר השוטף עם הבוגרים – מהרגע שהם מסיימים את ההכשרה ועד שהם הופכים לשגרירים פעילים.

תחומי אחריות

• ניהול קהילה ודאטה - אחריות מלאה על ניהול הנתונים, פילוחים, אוטומציות, וניהול שוטף של קבוצות הוואטסאפ הקהילתיות (יצירת שיח, תוכן ומעורבות).
• קשר אישי עם חברי הקהילה - ביצוע שיחות שוטפות עם בוגרים, מיפוי צרכים וחיבור להזדמנויות רלוונטיות בארגון.
• תכנון והוצאה לפועל של תוכניות הדגל:
• מנטורינג - ניהול תהליך המאצ'ינג, ליווי הזוגות ומעקב אחר אבני דרך.
• קהילת המטיילים - גיוס וסינון מטיילים, חלוקת "קיט המטייל" וליווי מרחוק בזמן הטיול.
• התמחויות - שיבוץ בוגרים למחלקות השונות וליווי תקופת ההתמחות.
• הפקת אירועים - ניהול לוגיסטי ותפעולי של אירועי הקהילה (מפגשים, הרצאות) ו"חג הבוגרים" - אירוע הדגל השנתי.
• תוכן ותקשורת - יצירת תוכן שוטף לקהילה (המלצות, סקרים, עדכונים) וסנכרון מול חטיבת השיווק והדיגיטל.

דרישות התפקיד

• ניסיון קודם מוכח בניהול קהילה, תפעול ולוגיסטיקה (ארגוני חברה אזרחית/תנועות נוער/עמותות) – חובה.
• אוריינטציה טכנולוגית - שליטה גבוהה ב-Monday ו-Excel. יכולת עבודה עם נתונים ודאטה – יתרון משמעותי.
• יכולות ביטוי ועיצוב - כתיבה רהוטה ושיווקית, שליטה ב-Canva.
• סדר וארגון - יכולת לנהל מספר תהליכים במקביל, ירידה לפרטים וניהול זמן אפקטיבי.
• יחסי אנוש מעולים - גישה חיובית, אמפתיה ויכולת ליצור חיבורים אישיים. תודעת שירות גבוהה ורצון אמיתי לעזור לבוגרים.
• נדרשת נכונות לעבודה בשעות גמישות (לעתים אירועי ערב).
• אנרגיה גבוהה - יכולת להניע קהילה וליצור מעורבות.
• יוזמה, "ראש גדול" וחיפוש מתמיד אחר דרכים לשפר ולייעל.
• יכולת להוריד חזון לקרקע ולגרום לדברים לקרות.
