Finance Controller – Real Estate Company

A highly responsible financial leadership role, overseeing the financial operations of a

real estate company, including budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management,

and compliance. The role involves close collaboration with senior management,

external auditors, and financial institutions to ensure accurate reporting, strategic

financial planning, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance

with IFRS/GAAP

 Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis

 Monitor and manage cash flow, bank relationships, and financing activities

 Provide financial analysis to support investment decisions and project

profitability

 Ensure compliance with local tax laws, reporting standards, and regulatory

requirements

 Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal consultants

 Oversee accounting operations and implement internal controls

 Collaborate with development, operations, and legal teams to support real

estate transactions

Requirements:

 CPA or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

 X+ years of experience as a Finance Controller, preferably in the real estate

sector

 Strong knowledge of IFRS and real estate financial practices

 Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Priority)

 High proficiency in Excel and financial modeling

 Fluent in English (written and spoken)

 Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and leadership capabilities
