We are seeking a Lead Software System Engineer to lead the software system engineering activities for advanced, multi-disciplinary radar projects. This role involves defining system and software architecture, specifying requirements and interfaces, and managing the full software development lifecycle in collaboration with cross-functional teams in software, electronics, algorithms, and mechanics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define software architecture for complex radar systems
• Specify system requirements and develop technical documentation and system specifications
• Define and implement software interfaces and APIs
• Manage and prioritize software backlog items in collaboration with development teams
• Lead software development, integration, and verification processes
• Contribute to technology selection, DevOps processes, cybersecurity, and software safety
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including leading technical reviews and customer interactions
• Lead matrix development teams in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science – required
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading software development including requirements management and agile methodologies
• Proven experience in writing requirements, defining interfaces, and managing development content
• Strong self-learning ability and deep understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, communication, design patterns, and memory management
• Willingness to travel abroad
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills with a focus on driving technological excellence
• Full professional proficiency in English
