Manufacturing & NPI Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing & NPI Engineer to lead the transition of complex machines from R&D to stable serial production.

This role owns the NPI process end-to-end and plays a key part in building a manufacturing-oriented Operations organization.

This is a high-impact role with real ownership over how products move from development to serial production.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead New Product Introduction from development to serial manufacturing
• Drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) in close collaboration with R&D
• Plan and execute pilot builds and production readiness reviews
• Build and maintain manufacturing documentation (assembly instructions, BOMs, routings, test procedures)
• Provide ongoing technical support to production and subcontractors
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, and manufacturing efficiency

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering and/or NPI
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes
• Experience supporting production lines and working with subcontractors
• SolidWorks proficiency – mandatory
• Priority ERP experience – advantage
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
