Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and commercially minded Food Technologist to join our Food Division.

This role combines customer account management with strong technological and sales-oriented capabilities. You will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative products and formulations that align with emerging food trends and our customers’ evolving needs.

What will you do?

• Manage strategic customer accounts with both technological and commercial responsibility

• Develop and implement innovative products that match market trends and customer needs

• Work cross-functionally with development and marketing teams to bring new products to market

• Stay ahead of industry trends, regulations, and best practices

• Provide hands-on technical support throughout supply, production, and quality processes

• Build strong relationships with global suppliers and support business growth

• Identify opportunities and drive new sales initiatives

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in food technology or related field

• Proven technological experience in the food industry

• High level of English

• Deep understanding of ingredients, scientific processes, and product development

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Skilled in creating and delivering presentations

• Target-driven mindset

• Sales experience is an advantage
