An hitech company is looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our Compliance team, which is responsible for ensuring that the operation adhere to the laws that regulate our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within a team responsible for managing the customer onboarding process, including KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Provide support to customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to the KYC process.
• Ensure adherence to compliance guidelines and regulatory standards, escalating potential risks when necessary.
• Achieve defined service level agreements (SLAs) and track performance through internal reports and records.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to facilitate successful KYC completion.
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales and other departments, to ensure smooth coordination and efficient workflows.
• Prepare, review, and analyze operational reports to support decision-making and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• High proficiency in Hebrew and English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong skills in Excel and ability to work with data.
• Collaborative team player with a positive, proactive mindset.
• Background in compliance, risk management, or similar roles- Plus
• Experience in fintech or global technology companies- Plus
