**Role Description
**

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Business Development Manager located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with flexibility for remote work. The Senior Business Development Manager will identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and negotiate business deals to drive revenue. Other responsibilities include managing client relationships, creating sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives. The role also involves tracking market trends and maintaining a competitive edge for the organization.

**Qualifications
**

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales strategy, and partnership management
• Strong understanding of market analysis and the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Advanced negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of Google PPC Search, B2B/B2C markets, and familiarity with tech-driven tools
• Analytical mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in the Comparison or AdTech industry and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields are preferred
• Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
