About Conntour

Conntour is a defense-tech startup backed by YC, General Catalyst, and SV Angel. We’re building a video intelligence platform for security cameras - targeting government agencies (intelligence, military, police and more).

We already work with some of the world’s top government agencies, and we are at the early stages of scaling.

The Impact You’ll Make

As Growth Lead, you will own Conntour’s growth engine end-to-end. This is a hands-on role spanning sales execution, marketing, and operational ownership.

You will be a core part of the founding team, shaping our go-to-market strategy and execution from day one.

What You’ll Own****Sales (Pipeline generation, programs research & applications)

• Build and run outbound and inbound sales motions across priority customer segments.
• Own applications and outreach for relevant programs, accelerators, partnerships, and ecosystem opportunities.
• Research target accounts, map stakeholders, and develop lead lists.

Marketing (Content, Online Presence, Social, PR, Initiatives, events)

• Own and grow Conntour’s online presence end to end.
• Create content that builds credibility with government, defense, and security customers.
• Support PR efforts including announcements, partnerships, and thought leadership.
• Incorporate AI solutions to build lightweight marketing systems that scale with the company.
• Run focused initiatives to drive demand generation and brand awareness.

Operations (Day-to-Day, Conferences, Execution)

• Own growth-related operations and execution across ongoing initiatives.
• Lead conference strategy and execution.
• Build simple, effective internal processes to ensure consistency and follow-through.

Who You Are

• Native English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication.
• AI-native and comfortable using modern AI tools to increase leverage and speed.
• Builder mindset with strong ownership and a bias for action.
• Strong can-do attitude with a willingness to take on whatever is needed to drive outcomes.

Bonus Points

• Strong writing ability across formats including website, LinkedIn, announcements, product narratives, and sales collateral.

• Former founder or early startup employee who has built functions from zero.

• Background in defense, homeland security, or selling to government agencies.
