Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage and oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, which includes inventory of electronic and mechanical components.

This role involves close collaboration with suppliers, production, and R&D teams, full responsibility for inventory control, item organization, and documentation in the Priority ERP system.

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Management & Operations

• Full responsibility for all warehouse activities: receiving, storage, issuing, and shipments
• Organizing and managing inventory of raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products
• Maintaining order, cleanliness, and clear labeling of storage areas
• Conducting periodic inventory counts and resolving discrepancies

Receiving & Inspection

• Receiving goods from suppliers according to purchase orders
• Performing incoming inspection: quantitative, qualitative, and visual checks
• Collaborating with Quality Control (QC), including transferring items for inspection
• Documenting receipt, labeling, and storage according to procedures

Traceability & Configuration Management

• Managing full traceability in compliance with quality and security standards
• Labeling, tagging, and segregation of inventory statuses (Approved / Quarantine / Rejected)
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and material movement documentation
• Supporting configuration management and change control processes

Production & R&D Support

• Issuing materials to production according to work orders and manufacturing orders
• Ongoing collaboration with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Engineering teams
• Handling returns, excess materials, and rejected items
• Preparing kits for production and system integration

Safety, Security & Compliance

• Ensuring compliance with warehouse safety procedures
• Working according to security and information security requirements
• Controlling warehouse access and managing keys/authorizations
• Participating in company audits and inspections

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within an engineering or manufacturing company – mandatory
• Experience working with the Priority ERP system – mandatory
• Familiarity with electronic and mechanical components – mandatory
• High level of organization, accuracy, responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Ability to read part numbers and technical drawings – an advantage
