Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Human Resources Manager with a proven track record across multiple industries to lead our HR operations. The ideal candidate will drive HR strategy, enhance employee engagement, and implement best practices to support business goals while ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership in workforce planning, organizational development, and talent management.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement, retention, and performance.
• Resolve employee grievances, manage conflicts, and conduct disciplinary procedures when necessary.

Performance Management

• Design and implement performance appraisal systems, KPIs, and development plans.
• Provide coaching and support to managers for effective performance management.

Compensation & Benefits

• Oversee compensation structures, benefits programs, and incentive schemes.
• Benchmark and recommend competitive packages suitable for different industries.

Learning & Development

• Identify training needs and implement learning programs for skill development.
• Promote continuous learning culture across departments.

Compliance & Policy Management

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal policies.
• Update HR policies and employee handbook as needed.

HR Analytics & Reporting

• Maintain HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
• Analyze trends to improve HR processes and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience as HR Manager across multiple industries (minimum 5–8 years).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and industry-specific HR requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office; familiarity with multiple HR tools.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and change management capabilities.
