COMBLACK is recruiting a Dynamics CRM Systems Analyst !
The role involves analyzing client needs and requirements, specifying and setting up new information systems, working closely with development, UX/UI, and infrastructure teams, writing requirements documents, performing testing and data migrations, and supporting implementation and user training.
What are we looking for?
- At least 6 years of experience in systems analysis
- Participation in at least two projects with a development scope of 2+ years
- Knowledge and experience with Dynamics CRM (versions 2011 and 365)
- Experience with upgrades, data migrations, and integrations
- Experience writing High & Low Level specifications
Significant advantage: experience with Salesforce
