Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional fitting services: Guide patients through the entire hearing aid fitting process, from initial assessment to precise remote adjustments, ensuring optimal comfort and performance.
• Provide personalized support: Listen actively, address individual needs, and ensure patients feel confident and satisfied with their hearing solution.
• Educate and advise: Explain hearing loss conditions, available hearing aid technologies, and help patients choose the most suitable option.
• Conduct and interpret audiological tests: Perform remote diagnostics, verification, and validation to guarantee the highest quality results.
• Build lasting relationships: Offer proactive follow-ups, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support to maximize patient satisfaction and loyalty.
• Document with precision: Maintain detailed patient records, progress reports, and clinical service documentation.
• Stay ahead in innovation: Evaluate and compare the latest audiometry tools, hearing aids, and fitting techniques to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements

• Certified Audiologist.
• Proven expertise in hearing aid fitting and patient care.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a compassionate approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English (full professional proficiency)
• Excellent communication skills in French (full professional proficiency)
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with new digital tools, software platforms, and connected devices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Passion for adopting new healthcare technologies and tools.
• Additional European languages (especially Italian, German, Spanish) are a plus.
