We’re now looking for a Senior Audiologist – Clinical & Operations to join our core team in Israel. This is a rare hybrid role: you will help shape our clinical excellence and build the operational backbone that allows Auzen to scale globally.

What you will do

You will play a key role in building and scaling Auzen’s clinical & operational excellence:

• Own and continuously improve our remote fitting protocols, clinical workflows, and audiology processes.
• Act as the go-to expert for complex cases and escalations (clinical + technical + customer dissatisfaction).
• Train and coach our audiologists in remote fitting best practices, product mastery, and patient communication.
• Support Sales & Customer Success teams with audiology insights, training, and deal support when clinical expertise makes the difference.
• Contribute directly to the Swiss market operations (including fittings and/or sales support)
• Take ownership of key operational workflows related to stock and partner coordination, ensuring smooth execution and fewer friction points.
• Test new audiology innovations (tools, accessories, hearing aid features) and translate field feedback into actionable improvements.
• Work closely with operational teams to strengthen service reliability, reduce recurring issues, and scale the Auzen model.
• Collaborate with Marketing to validate audiology content (blogs, product pages, FAQs) and build trusted educational material.

What we’re looking for

• Certified Audiologist / Hearing Care Professional, with 5+ years experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in hearing aid fittings and patient care.
• High level of autonomy, structure, and operational mindset (you love building scalable processes).
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments where priorities evolve quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm in escalations.
• Tech-savvy and excited about digital healthcare tools, remote fitting platforms, and connected devices.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). French or other European languages are a plus.
• Bonus: experience in remote fitting / tele-audiology, training teams, or working in startups.
