Mission

We’re hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager with strong experience in Banking, FinTech, and AI-driven products to lead positioning, go-to-market execution, and adoption strategy for complex, high-stakes solutions. This senior role is based in Tel Aviv and works cross-functionally with teams across Israel and the U.S.—including Product, Demand Generation, Sales, Customer Experience, Design, and Content. You’ll translate advanced technologies, including AI capabilities, into clear, credible value for regulated and risk-sensitive buyers. You will drive product launches, shape how AI features are communicated and trusted, and influence adoption, revenue impact, and buyer confidence.

Responsibilities :

• Lead AI & Platform Product Launches- Drive end-to-end launches of AI and data-driven features. Translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer value, ensure a reliable release cadence, and lead post-launch analysis focused on adoption, trust, and revenue impact.
• Positioning for Regulated, Risk-Aware Buyers- Own messaging and positioning for banking, fintech, and compliance-focused audiences. Balance innovation with credibility and transparency, and serve as the internal expert on buyer concerns around AI, risk, trust, and governance.
• Competitive, Pricing & Market Intelligence- Lead competitive insights and win/loss analysis, Support pricing and packaging strategies with a strong understanding of enterprise buying behavior and how AI solutions are evaluated in regulated markets.
• Sales Partnership & Cross-Functional Alignment- Work closely with Sales on long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, Create enablement that supports technical and non-technical buyers, and align teams across Israel and the U.S. around messaging, launch strategy, and go-to-market execution.

Requirements:

• 4 years of Product Marketing experience, from Banking, FinTech, AI, or regulated B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience marketing AI-powered or data-driven products.
• Deep understanding of enterprise and regulated buyers, including risk, compliance, and trust considerations.
• Experience owning product launches for complex platforms or infrastructure products.
• Exceptional written and spoken English, with a track record of independently writing clear, credible messaging for technical and executive audiences.
• Experience supporting pricing, packaging, and competitive intelligence in complex markets.
• Comfort operating across distributed, cross-time-zone teams.
• Strong judgment, strategic thinking, and execution rigor.
