We’re looking for a Data Analyst who’s passionate about understanding player behavior and game economy dynamics, with strong hands-on experience in predictions and player segmentation.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping engaging and well-balanced player experiences by analyzing how different player segments interact with core gameplay loops, progression systems, and monetization mechanics. You’ll work closely with game economy designers, product managers, and developers in a highly cross-functional environment, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain player segmentation models using gameplay, behavioral, and monetization data
• Analyze player behavior, progression, and feature usage to surface actionable insights
• Partner with game economy and product teams to optimize sources, sinks, pacing, and offers
• Use Python and SQL to perform deep-dive analyses, build data pipelines, and automate key metrics
• Design and evaluate A/B tests related to game economy, progression, and pacing
• Communicate insights through dashboards and data storytelling to support decision-making

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Economist in the gaming industry
• Strong hands-on experience with Python for analysis, predictions, and segmentation
• Excellent command of SQL and experience working with large datasets
• Solid understanding of game economy principles, player motivations, and progression systems
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
