As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Game Economy Manager to design, optimize, and scale in-game economies that drive engaging progression, balanced rewards, and effective monetization.

What You’ll Do

• Design and continuously refine economic frameworks for in-game features, virtual currencies, and player progression
• Analyze key KPIs, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve retention and monetization
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Game Designers, and Developers to align economic mechanics with overall game systems
• Design and run A/B tests, simulations, and predictive models to optimize feature balance and live operations

What We’re Looking For

• Background in economics, data analysis, or data science, ideally with experience in casual game economies
• Experience in game economy design and feature monetization — a strong advantage
• SQL proficiency is an advantage; experience with Python and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Strategic, product- and data-driven mindset, with a strong understanding of how game economies impact gameplay and KPIs
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to contribute to cross-functional economic design decisions
